This collection features three treasured American coins that symbolize America at the turn of the 20th century.  The coins have been out of issue for up to a century and more, and they are seldom seen by collectors. They are reminders of days gone by… and this is a rare chance to own all three coins in a stunning set.

• The 1859-1909 Indian Head Penny was one of the first U.S. coins to feature a Native American image.  It depicts Liberty wearing a Native American headdress.  Indian Head Pennies were last minted more than a century ago in 1909.

• The Buffalo Nickel is the most uniquely “American” coin. It was designed by famed sculptor James Earle Fraser.  The obverse is a composite portrait of three Native American chiefs, while the reverse is a magnificent buffalo. It was last made about 75 years ago in 1938.

• The 1892-1916 Barber Silver Dime was designed by Charles E. Barber, one of the most famous U.S. Mint coin designers.  This coin was made in 90% silver and was America’s Dime coin at the turn of the 20th century.
