The two major reverse designs for the Lincoln Penny prior to 2009 were the 1909-1958 Wheat Ears and the 1959-2008 Memorial.
Each design was struck at the three different U.S. Mints: Philadelphia (no mint mark), Denver (D mint mark on obverse under date), and San Francisco (S).
This collection includes a complete three-coin P-D-S mint mark set for each design type.
Bonus set is a P-D-S mint mark collection of the World War II 1944 -1946, Pennies that were made with recycled copper from old shell cases. The shell cases were gathered from battleship and battlefields and shipped back to the Mint to be made into coins. Value of bonus set is $9.99.
