An original 2012 Hawaii State Quarter beautifully set into a custom pocket knife with a full-color image that reflects the coin design; it comes with a collector tin featuring the same design. The Hawaii State Quarter was issued for only a few weeks in 2012 as part of the National Parks State Quarters series from the U.S. Mint. The coin depicts a volcanic eruption on the east rift of Kilauea, one of the world’s most active volcanoes, which has been erupting since 1983. The erupting volcano is one Hawaii’s most iconic sights.
Most coins were worn or damaged in circulation long ago, but an original uncirculated coin is beautifully set into the handle of an elegant and practical pocket knife; the handle also features a full-color image to match the coin design: a dramatic erupting Hawaiian volcano.
The knife is sturdy, reliable, and useful, and it is made to the highest standards. Best of all, it comes in a special presentation tin with the same full-color image of the erupting volcano on the top.
Knife Blade: 3" - Handle 4.25" - Tin: 5 1/4 x 3 x 5/8
